These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIPageSEO platform and services provided at aipageseo.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
AIPageSEO provides SEO and AEO analysis tools, content optimisation features, schema markup generation, and AI-powered SEO assistance. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account information updated. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We offer several subscription tiers including a free tier with limited usage. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days at advice@aipageseo.com.
Each plan has defined usage limits for API calls, audits per day, and requests per minute. These limits are enforced automatically. Attempting to circumvent these limits through technical means, creating multiple accounts, or any other method is a violation of these Terms.
Team seat limits apply to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond plans. Each team member must be a genuine individual user. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use our services to:
All content, code, designs, trademarks, and materials comprising the AIPageSEO platform are our intellectual property or are licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit for analysis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing our services.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Anthropic's Claude API, Google's PageSpeed Insights API, and Stripe for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of our analysis tools, the results you will achieve from using our recommendations, or the uninterrupted availability of our services.
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including Google algorithm changes, competitor actions, and your own implementation of recommendations. We cannot guarantee specific ranking improvements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
