Hreflang Checker — International SEO

Had hreflang tags pointing to URLs that were redirecting. Checker flagged all of them. Fixed the URLs to point directly to the canonical destination and Google stopped showing the wrong language version in search.

The x-default tag is the one most people forget. If a user's language isn't covered by your hreflang tags, x-default tells Google which version to serve. Missing it causes unpredictable language serving.

Hreflang must be reciprocal — every page in a language set must reference all other pages in the set. The checker validates this automatically.
